Bubble Betty Co is a small business that makes and sells small batch, artisan soaps. We use the Cold Process Method.
Your order will ship within 1-2 business days. Once tracking is available, it will be sent to the email provided at checkout.
If your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel your order by contacting our customer service team. Once your order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
Just like in nature, no two cows have the same spot pattern! Our soaps are handmade and with that comes the fact that nothing will be made exactly alike from batch to batch. Don't fear though, the ingredients remain the same!
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product, we cannot offer returns on our soaps.
REFUND POLICY
At Bubble Betty Co, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
To request a refund, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the request. We will review your request and, if approved, issue a refund to your original payment method.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it is deemed unreasonable or if the request does not meet the conditions of this policy.
